Emily RatliffAssociate Attorney
Emily is a lifetime resident of Lafayette County with strong family ties to Oxford and the surrounding communities, including Taylor and Abbeville. She is a 2010 graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law, and also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Union University. She is admitted to the bar in Mississippi, Tennessee and Alabama and has practiced before Federal and state courts in each of these jurisdictions. Emily spent the first several months of her legal career in private practice focused on helping families through situations in Chancery Court across North Mississippi, including custody disputes, divorce and probate matters. She then went on to work with one of the largest firms in the United States in the area of Social Security Disability for over five years before joining Roberts Wilson, P.A. In her prior employment she handled over 750 disability cases at the administrative hearings level and took many of these on to the Federal District Court on appeal. Emily has built her reputation on serving others when they are in times of greatest need, and is a dedicated advocate for all her clients regardless of the type of representation that they may need.
Emily is married to Andy Ratliff of the Old Union community here in Lafayette County, and is the proud mother of two children who attend Lafayette County schools.
